Zoom Meeting – “Unexpected Treasure:” Using Church & Religious Records in American Genealogical Research
“Unexpected Treasure:” Using Church & Religious Records in American Genealogical Research
by Russell Baker
Church records can sometimes be overlooked (like “where” are they?) in genealogy. Sometimes they may be the only records of birth, marriage, deaths or more for our families. Even in burned counties, church records can survive. Not to mention lost censuses or other such catastrophies. Russell Baker is an expert in exactly that (among numerous other things) Glad to have Russell back!
