Getting Started with First World War Army Records of the US, UK and Canada presented by Heather Robb Heather Robb is a graduate student in the genealogy studies program at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. She is currently working on a topic for her master’s thesis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history and has done graduate studies in Public History where she developed an interest in museum studies as well as architectural history and historic building survey. She is a graduate of the Boston University Genealogy Certificate Program and holds a Professional Learning Certificate (PLCGS) in American records from the International Institute for Genealogical Studies.
